“User” means the person using the file submission form.

By using the file submission form, User agree on behalf of User, (and any natural or other person for whom User is working):

User gives permission to Webmaster to place the uploaded file on the website GEDCOMLIBRARY.COM and allow downloads of such file.

User gives permission to Webmaster to inspect and to test the file.

User gives permission to Webmaster to remove the file at any time from the GEDCOMLIBRARY.COM website.

User gives Webmaster permission to index the file and to put hyperlinks to the file onto the website at GEDCOMINDEX.COM.

The web form and websites are offered “as is” and without warranty of any kind.

User warrants that the file User uploads is either (a) in the public domain or (b) if it is subject to copyright, that User is the copyright holder or holds sufficient rights to the file to submit the file to GEDCOMLIBRARY.COM.
